Payment & Protection
How does YesFlow protect my photos before I get paid?
Your photos are automatically watermarked when you upload them. Clients see and review the watermarked gallery, but only receive clean, professional files after payment. No manual watermarking in Lightroom needed—it happens instantly on upload.
Do I get charged platform fees like HoneyBook or Dubsado?
No. Zero platform fees. When your client pays €500, you receive €500 (minus standard Stripe processing fees of ~2.9%). Unlike other platforms, we don't take an additional cut on top of payment processing.
What if my client says they'll "pay later" after seeing the photos?
They can't download clean files without paying first. Clients browse the watermarked gallery, leave feedback if needed, and must pay before accessing the unwatermarked versions. If they need time to decide, the link stays live—but your work stays protected until payment.
Delivery & File Handling
Can I upload an entire photoshoot at once?
Yes. Upload up to 100 photos per delivery on Free, or up to 500 photos with Pro (50MB per file). Perfect for wedding galleries, portrait sessions, or event shoots. Clients see a professional gallery where they can browse all images before paying.
What file types work with YesFlow?
JPG, PNG, WEBP, GIF, and SVG. Most photographers deliver edited JPGs, which work perfectly with automatic watermarking. Currently, RAW files aren't supported since YesFlow is optimized for final client-ready deliverables.
Can clients request revisions before paying?
Yes. Every delivery includes a feedback chat where clients can ask questions or request adjustments. You upload revised files from your dashboard—clients see the new watermarked versions immediately. Once they approve and pay, they get the final clean files.
