Does my client need to create a YesFlow account to pay me?
No. Your client accesses the delivery via a single, secure link. They can review, comment, and pay via Stripe Checkout in seconds without ever creating a login or downloading an app.
How fast do I actually get my money?
Payments are processed instantly via Stripe Connect. As soon as your client approves the delivery and the payment clears, the funds are headed to your linked bank account.
Are there really zero platform fees? What's the catch?
No catch. Unlike other platforms that take a 3% to 20% "tax" on your hard-earned work, YesFlow takes 0%. You only pay the standard Stripe processing fee (2.9% + 30¢) and your flat YesFlow subscription.
What happens if a client tries to use my work without paying?
That's where the "Flow" comes in. All files are automatically protected with a "PREVIEW ONLY" watermark. The clean, high-res files are only unlocked and made available for download once the payment is successfully processed.
Can I use YesFlow for more than just images?
Currently, YesFlow is optimized for visual creators using PNG, JPG, WEBP, and GIF files. We are hard at work adding support for PDFs and Video files very soon.
How do I keep track of multiple clients at once?
Your YesFlow Dashboard gives you a bird's-eye view of every active delivery. You'll get instant notifications when a client opens your link, leaves a comment, or completes a payment, so you never have to guess the status of a project again.
Can I send multiple files in one delivery?
Yes. Each delivery can include multiple files—perfect for brand packages, photo galleries, or design systems. Your client sees everything in one professional portal and pays once for the entire package.
Can my client request revisions or leave comments?
Yes. Clients can leave comments directly on your delivery before approving. If revisions are needed, you can update the files and your client will see the new version instantly—same link, no confusion.
Do you support international clients and currencies?
Absolutely. Stripe handles payments in 135+ currencies, so your clients can pay in their local currency while you receive funds in yours. No extra setup required.
Can I cancel or change my plan anytime?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel whenever you want—no contracts, no cancellation fees. If you cancel Pro, you'll keep access until the end of your billing period, then drop to the Free tier.
What happens when I use my 2 free deliveries?
The Free tier includes 2 lifetime deliveries to help you test the platform. Once you've created 2 deliveries, you'll need to upgrade to Pro for unlimited deliveries.
